Lisbon attracts more and more foreign investors.

The colossal 141 meters long yacht known as Yas Yacht, property of the Sheikh of Abu Dhabi, Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, docked on August 16 at the Port of Lisbon. Even the fourth child of the founder of the UAE, one of the most important figures of his state, was not indifferent to Portugal, choosing to immobilize his luxury ship in the Portuguese capital, after passing by Portuguese city Portimão.

The Yas was built in the shipyards of Abu Dhabi, using as a basis the hull of an old frigate of the Dutch Royal Navy and was delivered to its owner in 2013. It accommodates 60 passengers and has a crew of 56 people. The hull of the Yas combines a glass structure, which gives it a futuristic unique look. This vessel features a helipad, spa, recreation and pool area among other facilities, and has a total cost of 300 million euros.

Another yacht - Radiant, property of the Arab Abdulla Al Futtaim, was in Vilamoura and then Portimão in early August. This luxury boat is the 7th most valuable in the world and is valued at € 258 million. It is 110 meters long and accomodate up to 16 passengers, having 44 crew members. Having been initially built for Russian billionaire Boris Berezovsky, is currently held by the 4th richest man in the United Arab Emirates.
