The interest in such areas as Cascais and Estoril already have a waiting list, mostly foreign clients for properties with certain characteristics, such as sea view, parking, downtown proximity and values ranging between 500 000 to 800 000 euros.
Another reality that is currently taking place is the demand for real estate opportunities in less expensive areas of the capital. Since the values in Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade and Principe Real have reached very high levels, between 8000 and 10 000 euros per m2, those looking for property to invest has turned their focus to neighborhoods like Almirante Reis, the parish São Paulo, Santos and Avenidas Novas.
