Monthly loan payment for property decreases again in November

The monthly payment installments of the homes will once again fall in the revised mortgage credit agreements in November due to Euribor tax rates, which are continuing to fall. According to the estimate of the Business Journal, if we consider a credit of 100 thousand euros for 30 years with a 0.7% spread indexed by the Euribor three months, the benefit to be paid the next revision will be 294 euros, less 0.21% of the monthly fee that is paid today. It is the smallest decline since June 2014, when monthly still rose .
