Real estate in Portugal attracts Italians

A great demand for Portugues real estate begins to take place for the Italians, according to the Secretary of State for Tourism, Ana Godinho. The national tourist revenues show a growth of 17.2% for this market, from January to September 2016. "There is a great demand for Italians to buy a house in Portugal. This is a market that is in great demand for real estate, "said Ana Godinho.
Tourist revenues grew 10.8% in September compared to the same month of the previous year. In the accumulated index, from January to September, the increase was 9.5%. Tourism, which grew 43.8%, has been arriving in Portugal from everyone, especially from Brazil, having had a difficult year it registered a strong recovery in September. The US market, in its turn, grew 18.2%, French 17%, Spanish 11.5% and Dutch 11.1%.
French investors surrender to Portugal
